Functional Fitness Yoga incorporates whole-body flexibility, functional movement and core training for people who are new to yoga.
HIIT workouts involve short, intense bursts of exercise which will increase your heart rate and boost your calorie burn, followed by less intense recovery periods.

Sport Yoga incorporates whole-body flexibility, functional movement and core training and improves joint mechanics, reduces the risk of injury and aids faster recovery for people who regularly participate in sport.
Strength and Conditioning classes are well structured sessions designed to build muscular strength, core stability and challenge every part of your body! They are a safe, effective, fun way to get a full body workout workout!
By stretching muscles that have become short and balancing the two sides of your body, you can improve joint mechanics and reduce your risk of injury.
Vinyasa Flow yoga will help you build strength and flexibility. You will learn to move in and out of postures using your breath whilst building extra postures throughout the flow.
Although yoga poses on a trapeze look similar to mat based counterparts, the dynamics are unique. The yoga trapeze requires upper body and core strength for basic movements, such as getting in and out of the sling. It adds in the missing ‘pull’ motion lacking in mat-based classes.
